1) run OpenOffice.org Base
2) create database
3) open this database
4) create any table
5) click "Tools\Relationships..."
6) add table to "Relation Design" (only one table)
7) click "New Relation" buttom on toolbar
Now OpenOffice.org crash.

closing duplicate
