Hi, 

I've downloaded source code from the below link, is it the right one?

I would like to download/upload files to repository in case my ssh key is added,
so please guide me about.

The official source for the Apache OpenOffice source code is to get it from the SVN respository. But if you want to have it for, e.g., the AOO 4.0.0 release you can get it from here:
