Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 10148
Country name "Columbia" is wrong
Last modified: 2003-09-08 16:53:51 UTC
In the Countries list in the User Data dialog, it should be "Colombia".
The wrong name also appears in the Language Settings (in Locale, Language and Currency settings). Colombian currency symbol is $, not C$ (althugh this probably should be another bug report)
Thanx Jorge, We have changed the entries in our database. This will reach one of the next builds.
Thanks. That should close this one, then. (Did you change the currency symbol as well?)
I wouldn't close this issue unless I have seen this change in product. "(Did you change the currency symbol as well?)": 1. I'm not the one who is changing something, 2. No. I don't think that this was changed also; please attach a screenshot, I haven't found the Language setting that has to be changed.
Created attachment 4089 [details] Screenshot of the Language Options dialog. Currency and country name are wrong.
Hi Oliver, please have a look at the currency entry for Colombia; EM has changed the country name.
The entry is still wrong in srx644v, svx\source\dialog\langtab.src
EM: I corrected the country name (Columbia ->Colombia) in the translation database, but the database will not be exported into a build until after Jan 18th. Please be patient :-)
EM->OF This task might be a duplicate, since NF called me about an issue that he had. Can this be closed?
