Copy Table Wizard -> Apply Columns needs up/down buttons

Currently, on page 2 of the Copy Table Wizard ("Apply Columns"), the only way to set the desired order of the columns that are to be copied is to add them to the right column in the right order. This can be very complicated and error-prone for tables with lots of fields, so an "Up" and a "Down" button would be very useful for changing the order of the columns in the right box. (Cf. page 1 of the New Query wizard)
