Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 10062
OpenOffice.org is showing as version 1.0.1 when it is in fact 1.0.2
Last modified: 2003-09-08 16:53:51 UTC
OpenOffice.org 1.0.2 build a, Windows 2000 When installing OpenOffice.org it reports that it is revision 1.0.1, also after installation it shows itself as 1.0.1. The correct version is 1.0.2
Ingo, Please have a look where the rabbit lies in pepper :-)
Hi Martin, as you said, you have already prepared this. Therefore I send this bug to you (scp/source/office/config.scp).
armin, this on for you.
On the latest Linux version, OpenOffice.org is showing two revisions under Help - About OpenOffice.org, i.e. it states it is Version 1.0.1 at the top right, further down it states it is OpenOffice.org 1.0.2
offmgr/res/openabout.bmp has to be adopted.
Hi, To prevent future problems, can't we simply wipeout the "Version 1.0.1" in that bmp so that we have not hard coded another version string anyplace? Kevin
I removed the version number 1.0.1 out of the graphics (offmgr/res/openabout.bmp) since it is mentioned in the text anyway.
reopening issue. The problem has been fixed in the latest solaris sparc and windows build but the About OpenOffice.org window is still showing revision 1.0.1 alongside revision 1.0.2 in the Linux build (1.0.2 build d)
fixed in build Linux 1.0.2e - closing issue
