Description Unknown 2002-10-22 05:47:52 UTC
Hi:

This is my problem. I run a Sony Vaio FXA-47 with Linux Red Hat 8.0, kernel
2.4.18-17.8.0.
I install OpenOffice 1.0.1 English without problems at all, but when I run the
application, or when I open an existing OO document, the following error appears
on screen:

"An unrecoverable error has occurred.
All modified files have been saved and can probably be recovered at program restart"

If I click "OK", OO closes itself. But, if I minimize this little box, I can
still work with OO, open documents, save documents, read them. I can do
everything, but this nasty message appears every time I open OpenOffice.

I tried to look for this issue but I could not find it.

Please, if you need more information, contact me at my email:
pangair@netscape.net

Thanks,
Curly Howard,
Costa Rica.
