If locale is iso-8859-2, then when I copy a text containing non-English
characters (Slovak characters) from Writer to Calc, some of the non-English
characters get copied incorrectly.
If locale is utf-8, copy-and-paste works correctly.

Hi Florian,

reproduced with help from US and locales set to sk_SK.ISO-8859-2 .

See attached bugdoc for easy replication.

We will not finish this until 2.0.2 code freeze -> retargetting to 3.0
