Reassigned to Christian. This is not a bug. I change the Issue type to enhancement Hi Falko, please have a look about this enhancement. ASCII export is one of the export filters that make hardly any sense for a presentation (that is layout orientated). Your request is unique and there are many workarounds possible (such as using Writer for such specific tasks). Nevertheless you can write yourself a little script that extracts the text right from the XML source. closed I have the same request and the same problem: I need the document out of the presentation. The better option is "Export as .RTF" which would preserve headings, but if it is not possible, then "Export as .TXT" is also useful. Please reopen this issue or provide a circumvention. If the presentation is mostly text, there is no way to make a document, except manually. Thank you. |
