Running IE 5.50.4522.1800, looking at http://framework.openoffice.org/ under 
the "Modules in Application Framework Project" section, "sfx2" subsection, I 
see:

The SFX is the core of the framework. It is built on the &bdquo;Template&ldquo; 
pattern and so it is comparable to the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) 
library. This means that it uses base classes for documents and views to build 
up the common behaviour ( the &bdquo;framework&ldquo; ) of all components.

I don't know what the fix should be.  Normal quotes perhaps?

Additionally, under the offmgr subsection of the same page:

"Contains resources and code for gobal office functionality"

s/gobal/global
