Will this be addressed soon? This issue is now also showing up in the users mailinglist. Here the subject '[users] Open Office writer instability?' *** Issue 7876 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** Duplicated on Win NT 4.0 SP6a, OOo 1.0.1. 1. Create a new text doc. 2. Cut and paste OOo readme.txt file contents into doc. 3. Go to end of document. 4. Start the Find feature. 5. Check off the Backwards option. 6. Keep clicking the Find button until OOo crashes. Raising to a P2 priority. Issue 2236 addresses the problem with the selection of text. This behaviour does not exist in Impress or Calc ( I only ran some basic tests without using the OOo readme.txt file ). OK in 1.02 candidate. This task is fixed or worked in OOo 1.1 beta2. closed ... *** Issue 9592 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** |
