Hi Daniel, Excel Filter so it seems to be yours. Frank After a test, the connectors appear at the correct position, but they are not connected to the objects. This has to be implemented. reopened, target->OOo2.0 started taking ownership marking as started Created attachment 4938 [details]
Proof of Concept Patch to fix this
There are still some issues to consider: 1. I probably need to test this with more complex shapes 2. The connector glue point location appears differently after an Excel file is exported and re-loaded. But I notice the same behaviour with a PowerPoint Presentation. Created attachment 4976 [details]
Test WorkBook
The Test doc shows that this patch will fix all the connector examples except for the organizational chart on sheet5-1. Created attachment 5227 [details]
Update patch against calc06 CWS
I propose to commit this latest patch. It fixes this core issue that connectors are not attached to objects on import of Excel. There is a glitch with the organisational 3d chart on sheet 5_1, but I propose to create a separate issue for this as I am not convinced that is related to the attachment of connectors. I can successfully attach connectors to such 3d objects once thi spatch is applied. checked in latest patch today and created related issue 12638. re-open to assign to QA assign to QA reset to fixed verified on Solaris and Windows using CWS Calc06 found integrated on Windows, Linux and Solaris using srx644m10s1 |
