when editing numbers in a hebrew text (right to left) combined with numbers,
numbers are inserted away from the cursor (when I tried to change numbers near a
hebrew text, the numbers changed were not the ones at which the cursor was pointing)

Hi,

RTL for Calc is not yet implemented in OOo1.1 but will in later versions. Have a
look at Issue 13159 which I've set this one double to. There are some comments
that wil guide you further.
