I have another document that was created in Word 97 and thet OOo doesn't handle
very well.

I will submit it with this report.

Again... This issue has the same summary and description as issue 22782. 
Capstone737, for the next time, please provide a description and
summary which is more  significant than "Word incompatibility".
Otherwise me and the rest of the QA will have hundreds of issue with
summary "Word incompatibility" and the description "attached file
doesn't look good". How should we keep track on this, when every issue
looks like hundred other ones....

Frame exceeds lower page border. Not possible in Writer, see issue
19626. Will be implemented for OO 2.0.
