With OpenOffice, there is a very useful tool for automatically creating a 
caption for the pictures inserted in the text. 
However, when the document is exported to Word compatible format (*.doc), the 
caption are misplaced, or completely hidden behind the pictures. The user needs 
to manually replace all the captions.

MRU->CMC: A graphic in a "caption frame" is not anchored inside the
frame anymore when exporting to WW8 format.

Word cannot have anchored graphics except "as character"/inline inside
their frame. In the past I tried exporting such examples as this as
graphics inside single cell tables, but it was a terrible hack and
never really worked. Our real problem is that word can't do what we
want. Perhaps in such cases I could export all anchored inside frame
graphics as anchored as character, but perhaps that would cause other
problems.

Implemented in portlaoisefilterteam16 for 2.0, now that issue 3958 has
been implemented we can give this a try.
