Background picture (a graphic which spreads over the whole page)  in attached MS
Word ducument is moved to left after import to OOo.

Besides the attached document contains numerous bugs after import: 
- some input fields are lifted up;
- the design mode has to be swiched off, but it is swiched on after import;
- the background picture is displayed on the front, but it has to be on the back
of the document (this issue is reported as bug #14045 )
- the second page of the document is imported absolutely corrupted - it is
impossible to understand its contents.

Should I report separate bugs for all these problems? Perhaps there are even
more issues during import of this document, I can't understand everything - but
this document (the official form to be filled in) is unusable after import :(

I'm attaching original MS word document and .bmp files (1 and 2 pages) of how
the document has to look like.

Yes, for the future, please submit single tasks for such issues.
The document looks much better in OO 1.1 RC4. But not everything is
perfect at all. 
The design mode issue will be fixed in OO 2.0.
For the weired frame positioning, I cannot give a statement. Because
of the document protection with passwort, I cannot compare the values
of the frames in both document.
Thus I set the issues state to "invalid". For remaining problems
please file new issues. For the case you attachsample files, please
take care that they do not have protections inside. Thanks!
