Open any new doc. Click Tool, click Configure, click Keyboard tab. Result is
always an "Unrecoverable error" usually followed by an "Illegal Operation". All
other tabs are OK.

Win98 2nd Ed. Build 644m4 as a standalone install. Two different computers PII
with MMX and AMD Duron.
