Hello, folks,
Thanks for providing the valuable office suite.

When text in a cell is directed in the range of 90-180 or 270-360 degrees by
right click->Format Cells->Alignment->Degrees,
the text does not fit into the cell.
When directed in the range of 0-90 or 180-270 degrees, the text fits the cell.

Due to the issue #10735, I cannot see the behavior on Linux.

I will attach an example SXC.

Tested on 644m1/Windows 2000.

This issue occurs also with the latest 644m4 snapshot.

That is intended behaviour. In the Alignment tabpage, see the
"Reference edge" setting. It is set to "Lower cell border". In this
case, the text is rotated around the lower left cell corner. Please
set this to "Inside cell" (last image) to get your expected result.
