Description Unknown 2002-12-19 20:26:53 UTC
When attempting to open the file test%20document.swx from the command line, the
following error is returned:

Error opening file:///home/test%20document.swx: /home/test document.swx does not
exists.

This also occurs when using the file->open and typing the full path directly
into the "file name" field.

The file is opened correctly when double-clicked in the open file dialog
