Firefox plug-in doesn't work with 3.00 and 3.01 in the Danish built. We have
detected, that the npsoplugin.dll is different in the Danish and English builts. 

If we replace the file in the Danish built with the same file from the English
built, it works.

Move from component da to l10n.

The da component is only for the website at the moment.

This is not an i18n issue. This also appears not to be a l10n issue, it seems
more to be a build or release issue. Forwarding.

@mh: note the version differences of the plugin.
