When saving a text document to MS Word format and reopening it in OOo, the dimensions of headers and footers are altered.

Create a new document, then go to "Format -> Page -> Footer". Check "Footer on" and set for example spacing 0.50 cm, and height 3.00 cm. Close the dialog, and write something in the footer area. Then save the document as a Word document and close OpenOffice.org.

Reopen the saved file and check the footer settings again. In my case, the spacing was changed to 0.55 cm and the height to 0.5 cm.

If I disable "Autofit height" before saving, I get totally different (but still wrong) dimensions.

unfortunately to set them to verified.
