Bug Reproducible Steps 

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 98
Software installed on a Desktop
Available Hard Disk Space/ Total Hard Disk Space = 5.26GB/9.51GB
 
1.	Start Open Office Word Processor 643C (Text Document)  &#8211; A new unnamed 
file is created
2.	From the &#8216;Insert&#8217; menu select &#8216;&#8216;Table&#8230;&#8217; option
3.	In the resulting &#8216;Insert Table&#8217; window, Highlight the number in 
the &#8220;Rows&#8221; field and enter &#8216;0&#8217; in it 
4.	Now hit &#8220;Tab&#8221; on the key board
5.	It is observable that the &#8220;Header&#8221; check box get selected
6.	Hit &#8220;Shift+Tab&#8221; on the key board, It is noticeable that &#8220;Rows&#8221; field 
gets highlighted
7.	 Hit the &#8220;Delete&#8221; key on the keyboard, a dialog box saying &#8220;An 
unrecoverable error has occurred&#8221; pops up 
8.	Press &#8220;OK&#8221; button of the dialog box, a dialog box with error message 
saying &#8220;The program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down&#8221; pops 
up
9.	Press &#8220;OK&#8221; button of the dialog box, a dialog box saying &#8220;An 
unrecoverable error has occurred&#8221; pops up 
10.	Press, &#8220;OK&#8221; button of the dialog box, a dialog box with error message 
saying &#8220;The program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down&#8221; pops 
up
11.	Press &#8220;Close&#8221; button of the dialog box, and we can observe that the 
open office application closes off by itself (or crashes) 

Follow up Test 

1.	Start Open Office Word Processor 1.0.1 &#8211; A new unnamed file is created
2.	From the &#8216;Insert&#8217; menu select &#8216;Table&#8230;&#8217; option
3.	In the resulting &#8216;Insert Table&#8217; window, Highlight the number in 
the &#8220;Columns&#8221; field and enter &#8216;0&#8217; in it

I have used single and double quotes in the bug report for clarity. 
To my suprise they are tarnsformed as &#8216, &#8217 and so on. So 
just ingore those while reading the bug report.
