Text display problem in Word doc none

Description dcnicholls 2008-10-16 05:48:23 UTC
I will attach a (zipped) Word doc that shows this problem. The doc is set up to
allow users to fill out certain fields. In Word 2003 (Win) it shows properly.
In OO3 Writer, the headings at top right and some of the body text on page 4 are
doubled up. The columns appear to be offset too.

Virgin install of OO3 (release version), iMac 2.8gHz core-2 duo Intell, 4 G RAM,
OS X Leopard 10.5.5

Doubled text in heading is due to the fact, that there is an additional object
containing text is positioned right of the text borders. In Writer this will
move inside the visible area; problem is already tracked as issue 63535.

Doubled text on page 4 is a so-called "floating table" in MS Word. This can
currently not be displayed correctly in Writer. See issue 13791. As a
workaround, select the frame which contains the "double" table and change
wrapping style to "none".
