Selecting a bitmap to Export, and then selecting a suitable format (e.g. PNG) in
the Export dialogue, does not enable the 'Selection' checkbox. It is only
possible to save as 'a page'.

This is a regression from 1.0.1.

This bug is fixed in the developer build 643C (tested by reporter on
Linux)

Bug cannot be reproduced. Reporter says that this seems fixed so I 
close the bug.
