Please add the Summary field of an issue to the title element of the page
generated for an issue. (Currently it contains just "Issue nnnnn".) That would
improve usability of the issue tracker a lot. It would be especially useful when
you are looking for an issue you remember you looked at recently, and which most
probably is still in the URL widget's history.
