As far as i've understood the background color for Command Buttons in the BASIC
IDE dialog editor is hidden behind the control when painted so that it never
becomes visible.

Either the property "Background color" should be removed or do what a user would
expect, which is to fill the button with the given color which then also matches
the behavior of the background image.
