OpenOffice.org build 643d on Solaris sparc 8 and 9 with recommended pathches
applied.

This bug is a regression from build 643b ( last release before build 643d ).

When the user attempts to create file - new drawing or file-new -presentation
OpenOffice.org crashes with unrecoverable error.

This error is also seen with file - new - spreadshheet

Also getting unrecoverable errors for autopilot, letter, fax, agenda,
memo and Euro converter.

Call stack indicates that this is a GSL problem.

There is no such thing as a 643d. 
Please compile vcl/source/gdi/outmap.cxx with debug and provide a new
stacktrace together with the *this of the OutputDevice and the
supplied MapMode at the stackframe
