This is the file, which crashes the writer-app when you change a character and try to save the doc.
I can not open the attachment, not with MOZILLA and not with NN4.73 Errormessage NN4.73: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. The request line contained invalid characters following the protocol string. Apache/1.3.26 Server at openoffice.org Port 80 Mozilla wants to save "showattachment.cgi.exe" Tobias, please attach that file again as the link does not work for me either. By the way: Can you please verify your findings in a younger version of OO.org and comment, please? Issue type changed to defect. Hi Tobias! Thanks for your problem report -- I'm sorry it took us so long to get to it! (I only noticed it after Stefan corrected the issue type to 'defect'.) I was able to download your attachment no problem with Mozilla 1.4 (I did have to rename it from showattachment.cgi to foo.sxw, so maybe your filename confused IssueZilla). However, I was not able to reproduce the crash with the latest developer's testing version, OpenOffice 1.1beta2. I think it's fixed. OpenOffice1.1rc1 should be out shortly; please download that and let us know if you still have the crash. The columns of vertical text look awful in OOo1.1beta2, but that's another issue. jw: changed status to closed |
