When resizing the diagram per mouse or keyboard the undo string now is: 'Undo:
Resize Chart'. When moving the diagram per mouse or keyboard the undo string now
is 'Undo: Move Chart'. For moving the legend or title the string is accordingly:
'Undo: Move Legend' or 'Undo: Move Title'.

Found fixed on Chart2Mst3_12_4 using Linux and Windows build
