Open attached bugdoc (which is in letter format), print to file (I use the Adobe
Universal PostScript Microsoft Windows Driver together with the convwatch ppd
file) => the postscript output has size A4.

I checked a couple of versions and found out that m197 works fine, m198, m199,
OOFm1, OOFm2 crash and OOFm3 produces the wrong output.

setting P2 and target 2.2: this bug disables ConvWatch testing on Windows

SBA: This does NOT occur when the dialog File - Print... is used.
It is best to be seen when printed to .ps file. Most printers "overrule" the set
paper size when they don't have the right paper. In those cases, "strange" page
margins are a likely outcome.
Set keyword "regression". I advocate Target OOo 2.2 too. 
Set dependency to issue 73858.
