a context-menu entry that says: paste until referenced data from other column 
has ended.

So if I have a some data in a column, eg. 1-10 in B1:B10, and I have in 
C1 "=B1*2", I like to be able to place the focus on C2 and say "paste until end 
of parallel data" (which is referenced).

this function would have to be clever.

...and also having conrtext menues that need scrollbare since they are
sooooooooooooooo long?

Sorry, too many typos in my first answer :o(
Well, the reason why I turn it down is that we already have quite long
(contect) menus and that the main chorus of the community is:
Make it simpler!
So I will not agree on seldom used functions being brought to even
more complex UI.
