In the attached documents data labels are enabled, with the choose "percentage".
The shown value is to high with factor 100.

No, it is not duplicate to 59288. That issue is about the numbers at the axis
and is fixed in chart2mst3 milestone10, which I use. And in that issue it is a
problem when saving the file.
I speak of the data labels, which you insert with Insert -> Data Labels -> Check
'Show labels', option 'as percentage'. The error is not after saving but appears
immediately.

@IHA: The formatting (%) get lost. The adjustment for the Data Labels are also
not in percent. Any reason for this?

Yes, I think the reason is that the new chart in a former version did produce
wrong files. When you open the attached file with the old chart the same thing
happens.
