The recent defect report automatically sent from vangroot@tiscali.co.uk , 
appears to have arisen because I did not deploy the correct shortcut on the 
desktop for the Writer , For your info , please

Could you please describe a bit more detaile about what you did to get the
crash? I do not really understand the meaning of "I did not deploy the correct
shortcut on the 
desktop for the Writer" (I am not native English speaker).
'Until now, no further crash report from vangroot@tiscali.co.uk arrived in the
database; the only on is from 3rd Dec and is about OO Impress (tracked as issue
69530).

It looks like this is for the already tracked issue 69530.
Problem should not happen anymore with OO 2.1; please check with OO 2.1 RC2
build. Thanks!
