It would be useful, if OOo could set the Document Restrictions properties
of an exported PDF document. OOo should be able to set (at least)
the following properties:
Printing, Content copying or extraction, Filling of form fields, etc.

Maybe applying the digital signature to the generated PDF would be a
useful feature too.
