I've installed build 619 on several Linux distributions and the only
commonality for breaking during installation that I can find is that GLIBC 2.2x
doesn't allow an install, while GLIBC 2.1x does.

I have used Mandrake 7.2, Redhat 7.0, Stormix (RIP) 1.0, all using GLIBC 2.1x
and Kernel 2.1x. No problems. When I've tried Progeny, Mandrake 8.0 beta 2 or
Redhat Fisher, I can't get the install to work. Some of the later distros have
kernel 2.1x and some have 2.4, so I don't see a correlation there.
