Excell file created in OO, just realized that the freeze does not carry to OO either. none

Created a document in the OO Spreadsheet.
Froze the first two rows.
Saved as Excel 97/2000.

When opening in Excel 2000 the rows were not locked.
From Excel to OO worked.

Import works export not. Could be implemented.
