for compatibility between windows and linux clients, I need relative links to
other folders/sheets (tested within spreadsheet, no idea about other modules).

It worked pretty well with 1.1.4 version, and it seems broken in 2.0 version
(beta and RC 1). The "load/save--general--save relative URLs" seems to have no
effect.
