I have seen the following behaviour on several different OOorg installations:

I go into File->Templates->Organize and I have at least one template in the
right selection box. When I now Drag one Template document and try to drop it in
the left (Templates) selection box, OOorg abends with:

"An unrecoverable error has occurred. ......"

This is not a very urgent issue, but it can be annoying.

Joost->Stefan: I know this is a duplicate but haven't the ID at the
moment...

Joe, can you please try to reproduce this in OOo 1.0.2? If I remember
correctly, the fix for this (I currently also do not know the ID of
the other bug ... :) has been integrated into 1.0.2 ...
