Description Unknown 2001-03-07 18:58:26 UTC
It was working fine before now, all of a sudden my access is denied.

CVSROOT is set to: :pserver:bustamam@thekernel.eng.sun.com:/cvs
cvs log makefile.mk
cvs [log aborted]: authorization failed: server thekernel.eng.sun.com rejected
access
Comment 1 Unknown 2001-03-07 19:32:54 UTC
this is an invalid issue for openoffice.org.

please see eng.sun.com's own admins for further help with your problem.

note:
:pserver:bustamam@thekernel.eng.sun.com:/cvs
--> we have no control over that host or domain. this is a sun problem.

cvs [log aborted]: authorization failed: server thekernel.eng.sun.com rejected
--> collabnet cannot help with this.

I checked with the Tunnel admin and it looks like my account seems to failing
on the openoffice side. Could you please check if my account is okay. Logging
in on the admin URL: http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/TStartPage failed and I
cannot create new Password.

I also notice that my email address bustamam@openoffice.org is directed to
bustamam@sun.com. Which is incorrect. The correct address is
bustamam.harun@sun.com or bustamam@eng.sun.com
