1. Converting Table-to-text doesn't work when the to-be-converted table contains
tables (produces lots of assertions). Due to the fact that the expected result
would require text and tables mixed inside of a paragraph (which is not possible
today) converting should be disabled in such cases.

2. Converting an inner table not surrounded by any paragraphs in a Cell A1 to
text puts the resulting content into cell B1 instead of A1.
