How to reproduce:
1. Create 2 identical content file
2. Change color/bold/italic/size of one file's text
3. Compre two documents
No difference shows.
As the changes record recognize these format changes, so it would be consistent
if compare document also recognize format only changes.

MRU->DVO: I would treat this more as a defect than as an Enhancement. As long as
formattings can be tracked by OO's Redlining feature, it should also be possible
to grab this via "Compare documents".

personal opinion: I really *do* like the contrary (as implemented today) that
formatting changes are *not* shown. If this issue will ever be handled, please
make the "detect formatting changes" optional. Thanks
