During the beta/dev process, a new family of file formats were introduced.
One of them was an updated spreadsheet format, called .oos
With installation of 2.0 Beta, there is no filter for the .oos format.
Renaming a .oos file to .ods doesn't help.
Uninstalled 2.0 Beta, installed older beta versions.
m69, m74 both show the new splash screen and either fail to offer a filter for
.oos or fail to run at all. Version m56
(OOo_1.9.m56_native_Win32Intel_install.zip) crashes on load.

Hi,

this is a double to Issue 40301. 

Regarding the new splash screen : You have missed to erase the user directory
for OOo.
