1. open a new XML form document
2. insert a control
3. open the datanavigator
4. create a new element
5. select the elemet 
6. press "BackSpace"
==>> the control is deleted.

this is a followup issue of issue 38729

I set the prio to P2 because you can't get the control back with undo, so it's a
real data lost.

If it's not fixed in time for OOo2.0, it should be fixed for OOo2.0.1.

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.

REsetting to P3 because now undo works.
