Insert a drawing box.
Select it.
Format->Text.
Select "Adjust to contour". Now the "spacing to border" spin boxes gray out, but
their descriptive text does not, The "Text Anchor" and "Full Width" text grays
out, but the text anchor graphic chooser does not, but is disabled for use. If a
refresh is forced for the dialog then the text anchoring graphic chooser is
redrawn disabled, but the "spacing to border" spinbox descriptors still remain
black.

If "Adjust to contour" is unselected, then the spacing spinboxes do not get
reenabled, and the anchoring graphical chooser is enabled, but not refreshed to
redraw correctly.

This was with SRX642h

It's a problem of the SvxTextAttrPage
