There is no check for NULL pointer m_pInstallation in
   BOOL SiDatabase::Create( SiCompiledScript const* pCS ) (line 655)
Hence 'scplink' crashes (SIGSEGV) on the arbitrary input. 
OpenOffice version 641, build 7565.  Solaris 8.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
