Description detlef 2002-02-28 00:36:36 UTC
Type some text in a textdocument.
Highlight the text and drag it to an open spreadsheet document.
OOo crashes with the message "An unrecoverable error has occured".

I'm using:
SuSE Linux 7.3 (kernel 2.4.16)
glibc 2.2.4
XFree86 4.2.0
(Truetype Fonts installed)
KDE 2.2.2

TM->NN: The crash wasn`t reproducible in the latest internal 641 ! But
there`s still one problem when trying to drag test from a drawing to a
spreadsheet. Only in this case nothing seems to happen. When draging
any other item from draw to calc, it works fine. When draging text
from draw to writer (eg) it also works fine. But text from draw to
calc doesn`t work ! Please have a look, thanks !

That's because of the handling of EditEngine-internal Drag&Drop in
ScViewFunc::PasteRTF. EditView::Drop still uses the old API, so it
can't be used. I changed the issue's summary because there is no crash.

This is fixed in the 643 developer build, will also be in 1.0.2
(internal ID: 100125).
