Not a bug, but not very usefull in Star/Open Office.

MSExcel has some very good thing for french people :

 - when we hit "." on the numeric pad, the new character is the decimal
separator (ie "," for me). 
 - the functions are in french language (ex : SOMME for SUM, MOYENNE for AVERAGE).

I'd like to see that in scalc for I use it in my office.

It's the same as issue 1820 (French is mentioned in the comments there).

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
