Opening any type of character selector both in presentation or word processing
application and scrolling down to Utopia or WadaLab Gothic causes a segmentation
fault. Clicking past those fonts does not seem to cause crashes but scrolling up
again will generate the segmentation fault. Hope this helps

Broken font! Ulf, please give THE statement (...that all Linux users should know by heart... ;-) 
how to check and fix it.
