Concerning the Bibliography feature, the chaaracter limit on the field is too
small, especially for the Title field and the URL fields. When I am adding my
references I cannot fit all the information into these fields.

confirmed, but there is a workaround:

Open the data viewer (F4), and right click on
  bibliography->tables->biblio
                        ^^^^^^ choose your used table here
and select "edit table". Now you can extend the field lenght up to 254 chars.

( Yes, this still might be not enough :( )

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
