The PDF export options default to exporting all pages which is as good a choice
as any.

However if I want to export a range I cannot enter the range until I click the
range radio button. I think it would be better if we clicked on the range entry
box the other radio buttons would deselect and the range radio button would
automagically select.

It's a small thing but it is one less step and helps when doing a bunch of
exporting which is why I switched from Excel in the first place.

While we're at it it might be nice if the last values used remained in the box
so I don't have to keep entering the same ones over and over.

In my case the range values are the same as the print area so maybe a radio
button that sets the range values to the print area?

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
