This problem starts to appear from oo638.  It does not appear in the binaries and also localized 
builds from http://office.qkaka.com.

Joost->Ada: cannot reproduce this in OOo.org 641c version on Win2000.
Did you have any installation issues ? I would try a "repair" installation

i am using the following build environment:
win2k professional english version 
with sp2
4nt v3.02
ms vc++ standard edition with sp5
...

is it the same with 
yours?

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for
details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.
